Jessica’s trainer talks about pregnancy work out   ·  10 Jun, 2008

Ramona Braganza, personal trainer to Jessica Alba, recently told Fit Pregnancy magazine that exercise is vital, even if it just means a ten-minute walk or a gentle swim.

She explained to the publication that she has been helping Alba stay in shape during her pregnancy but that they have been toning the workout down now she is in her third trimester.

“These days she does ten to 15 minutes of cardio,” said Ms Braganza. “Then, we go to standing stretches [and] some arm circles.

“Jessica is doing more stretching than she has ever done and she is also practising her breathing exercises.”

Ms Braganza, who created the “3-2-1 Workout”, added that Alba works out about three times a week in sessions lasting between five and 25 minutes.
