This picture really p***** me off! As Jessica is walking down Melrose Ave. last week, a sleazy scumbag paparazzi tried to get an upskirt shot of her. She’s PREGNANT and she’s wearing tights, what was he expecting to see?? What a disgusting b******. Oh how I wish Jessica realized he was doing that, I’m sure she would’ve turned around and given him a real mouthful. I know I would have, and I would’ve kicked the camera into his face too!

TMZ writes: “Under California law, anyone who uses a “concealed” camera to shoot pics “under or through the clothing” of the person being photographed is guilty of a misdemeanor. So, the camera is out in the open but as far as Jessica is concerned, it’s concealed.”
