Jessica wrote a message on her myspace blog about a new competition she’s started on ibeatyou.com. One lucky person will win Jessica’s two tickets to “The Love Guru” premiere later this month.

Jessica herself won’t be able to attend, but the winner and a friend will be flown out to L.A. for the premiere by ibeatyou.com. How awesome is that? The competition is open to US residents only. Click here to read all about it and watch the video.

They may already be married, but Jessica and Cash are planning a wedding reception.

The couple married in a quickie ceremony in Los Angeles earlier this month, but Alba plans to have a white wedding-styled reception, according to OK! magazine.

According to a friend of the couple, the actress wants to throw the reception to include all the friends and family who missed out on their May 19 Beverly Hills Courthouse wedding.

Jessica, who is giving birth to her first child next month, did some shopping for the baby Thursday afternoon in Beverly Hills.

“She was picking up last-minute essentials,” says a source of the Jess’s spree at baby store Bel Bambini, where she is registered. “She was so excited and said she was due any minute! She just seemed relaxed and ready to welcome home her baby.”

Jessica is planning an unconventional getaway with new hubby Cash - a ‘babymoon’ before she gives birth, according to reports.

Alba wed her longtime beau Warren in a low-key ceremony at Beverly Hills Courthouse just last week (19May08), but have yet to embark upon the traditional post-wedding holiday.

A source close to Jessica has revealed the reason she and Cash suddenly married in a quickie ceremony in Beverly Hills on Monday.

Alba’s friend told People.com that the couple wanted to marry before their baby is born next month. “She used to feel it would be okay to wait until after the baby was born to get married. But her traditional side must have really kicked in,” the source says.

Alba’s father also spoke out about the wedding in a statement to Latina magazine: “I think it’s good news for her. I’m glad for her. She’s a beautiful girl. I’m her dad and I’m happy for her no matter what happens.”
